| Commission Rights |
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel I cannot complete for any reason. I want you to have the best piece possible, and I will not settle for “trying to make it work” if I feel that my skills cannot match the expectation.
You will receive a full-resolution version of your finished piece as well as a lower-resolution version to be used when posting the piece to your social accounts, should you wish to do so.
By ordering a commission, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, use your finished piece in any crypto, NFT, or AI-related software. Each piece will be run through an anti-AI program before being sent to the client.
Revisions: I am willing to make large revisions to the piece during the sketch phase (i.e. changing a pose, adding background elements, etc). Large revisions after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee per revision.

| Image Rights |
The client retains all rights to their respective character/fursona.
Upon request, the client may have their name undisclosed in social media or advertising.
I reserve the right to use completed commissions on social media and advertisements.
The client cannot make money from the artwork in any fashion. Commissions are not free linearts or bases.
The client is welcome to crop the image for social media icons.
Proper credit is required if using the image on social media (i.e. reposting to the client’s own account, icons, etc); this credit must be clearly visible in bios or the image itself.

| Payment |
Payment plans are currently unavailable.
Payment is in USD via PayPal or Square invoice.
If payment has not been received within 48 hours without prior discussion of an extension, the commission will be cancelled.
Should the client decide to cancel the commission after work has begun, 50% of the full piece amount will not be refunded.

| What I Will Draw |
These are themes I am comfortable with and willing to draw. By no means does this list include everything, so I encourage you to reach out and ask if you are unsure about whether your idea fits into these guidelines.
- anthro / feral
- humans / human-adjascent (elves, dwarves, tieflings, etc.)
- minimal mech
- gore / blood
- vivid-color characters
- characters with extra limbs (heads included)
- soft / vanilla pornography
- urban / natural environments
Should your commission include pornography featuring a character you do not own, explicit consent to me directly from the character’s owner is required in writing. Screenshots or messages sent by someone who does not own the character will not be accepted as consent from the character’s owner.

| What I Tend Not to Draw |
These are themes I typically do not draw due to a lack of skill level required. However, you are always welcome to reach out and ask about them, as they are not hard and fast “no’s”. I want to ensure you are receiving the best piece possible, and I am willing to work with you and your character, should we find a concept that works for both of us.

| What I Will NOT Draw |
These are themes I will not work with, with no exceptions.
- feral / animal genitalia
- feral / animal NSFW
- underage / age play
- themes centered around hate of any group (religion, race, etc.)
- themes centered around more hardcore or unusual fetishes
- violent pornographic scenes

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in a denial or cancellation of your commission.
