Meowdy! Name’s Anya, and I go by she/they pronouns. I’m an avid reader, illustrator, designer, and cat lover!

I was born in the small town of Tula, Russia, and have lived and grown up in the Midwest from 8 months old to present. I’m a bit of a homebody, and therefore never went too far from my childhood home.

I graduated from a local university in 2020 with a BA in English after realizing an animation degree may not have been for me.

This year, 2025, I quit my job as a Creative Director at a church downtown to pursue a path in art, something I’ve always been passionate about. Ever since my thumbs became controllably opposable, I’ve been putting crayon to paper. I’m a storyteller at heart, and grew up in a tremendously creative family.
